Guided folding meditations for grounding and emotional regulation (clinically informed, trauma-aware).

Origami Meditation is a guided mindfulness practice using folding sequences, breath, and sensory attention to support grounding and emotional regulation. I currently work as a therapist at South Shore Behavioral Health Clinic, and this publication reflects a clinically informed, trauma-aware approach to everyday practice.

This is not an origami skills program -the goal is not technical mastery, but a steady, repeatable ritual that helps you slow down, notice, and reset. You’ll find short guided sessions, practical routines, and reflective prompts designed for real life: stress, overwhelm, low mood, and recovery-focused structure.

Educational content; not a substitute for individualized mental health treatment.
